Through simple exercises, which includes actions like moving on one leg, or squatting against a wall, muscles in the legs are fatigued to a point of self-induced tremors. TRE® does not require you to share any personal experiences or trauma.
TRE® is an unusal experience of shaking and tremoring as you lie in a rested position. It is a natural reflex to shake off stress in your body, it can feel unusual as it is something you are not used to. You may experience lightness or tingling, tired or super-energized after a session
The first session would usually take an hour to ninety minutes. TRE® can be practiced individually, or it can be done in a small group. You are guided into doing simple exercises while lying on a mat and placing your legs in different relaxed positions to allow the tremors to start. I will talk to you while you lie there to keep you present to the process. The tremoring can be stopped at any point.
TRE® is for anyone from age 12 to 90 years of age who are stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally blocked or flooded, or in physical pain.
